Upstairs bathroom water leak
SERVPRO of North Tampa/Magdalene responded to a call about water leaking from an upstairs bathroom into the bonus room. Crews immediately arrived on the scene to scope the area. The before photo was taken after crews removed baseboards, carpet pad, and lifted the carpet. Notice the water marks on the floor and mold growing on the wall. The after photo was taken after the mitigation was completed and construction replaced the carpet. Our customer was very thrilled with our quick turnaround times.
